Movement & Cultivation
Weekly Classes in Bellingham
We offer weekly classes in Taoist Neigong and Hung Kuen martial arts. Our classes meet near the clinic at Birchwood Park — a natural outdoor setting that complements the meditative and physical demands of both disciplines.
Whether you are drawn to the internal cultivation of Neigong or the dynamic power of Hung Kuen, both paths share a common foundation in Chinese medicine philosophy and the cultivation of Qi.
Current Schedule
道家內功

Session 2

Regular practice builds strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular endurance through mindful, full-body movement.
The focused, meditative quality of internal arts training cultivates calm, concentration, and resilience under pressure.
Both disciplines work directly with Qi — the vital energy that flows through the body — supporting the same principles underlying acupuncture and herbal medicine.
Classes meet outdoors at Birchwood Park, creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels to learn and grow together.
